Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Approximately 2–3 Fridays per month
Pay: $26 - $28.50 / hour eligibility for annual incentive bonus

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Assembler / High Voltage Test Technician to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Franklin, Wisconsin. This position is focused on assembling, wiring, troubleshooting, and testing high-voltage electrical equipment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on electrical assembly and testing experience and must have experience working with high-voltage equipment at 5KV or above, including 3-phase systems.
Responsibilities
This is a hands-on manufacturing position requiring extended periods of standing, intermittent walking, bending, reaching, and carrying. Candidates should be comfortable regularly lifting and handling parts weighing approximately 5–50 pounds.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and test high-voltage electrical products using blueprints, wiring drawings, schematics, bills of material, and engineering documentation.
- Perform high-voltage electrical testing on completed equipment.
- Conduct timing, partial discharge, dielectric, calibration, and low-voltage testing.
- Work with 3-phase AC high-voltage systems.
- Complete electrical wiring and mechanical assembly work.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
- Use hand tools, wiring equipment, torque tools, wrenches, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Work across multiple assembly and testing stations in a fast-paced production environment.
- Follow all required electrical and manufacturing safety procedures.
- Hands-on high-voltage electrical experience at 5KV or above.
- Experience working with 3-phase electrical systems.
- Minimum 2 years of electronic/electrical assembly and wiring experience involving high-voltage equipment.
- Ability to independently read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical issues.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in Franklin, Wisconsin, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM–3:30 PM, with occasional Friday overtime.
- Ability to obtain required respirator certification.
- Two-year technical degree in an electrical or mechanical field.
- Electrical or mechanical trade school education.
- Experience with dielectric, partial discharge, hipot, calibration, or similar high-voltage testing.
- Experience using machining tools, hand tools, wiring equipment, wrenches, and torque tools.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
