Job Title: Accounting Representative

Location: Golden Valley, MN (This is a 100% onsite role located in Golden Valley, MN. Only local candidates will be eligible for consideration).

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 / Annually (dependent on applicable experience)

Addison Group is partnering with a well-established agriculture company in Golden Valley to identify an Accounting Representative to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys a variety of accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities Include

• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timeliness
• Performing 3-way matching to purchase orders
• Preparing and reviewing general ledger entries and account reconciliations
• Supporting month-end close processes to ensure deadlines are met
• Assisting with reporting and special projects as needed
  
  

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Previous experience in AP, AR, and general ledger functions
• Strong understanding of 3-way match procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
