Job Description: As a Physical Therapist at Addison Gilbert Hospital, you will evaluate patients' mobility and motor assets and liabilities for functional performance. You will provide goal-directed, activity-oriented treatment to promote optimum independence in functional mobility and daily life tasks. Working closely with other rehabilitation disciplines, nursing, physicians, and case managers, you will provide patient-centered care, including patient/family and community education.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license. BCLS certification is also required. Additionally, as a healthcare organization, we require all staff to be vaccinated against influenza (flu) and COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
