Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data in internal systems with speed and accuracy
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all information
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Verify and cross-check information for accuracy
- Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform database queries as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization
- Communicate with team members to clarify data requirements
- Maintain logs of completed work
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualifications
- Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 per week
