Job Functions:
- Provides individual and group supervision to all licensed clinical staff in accordance with Federal, State, and CARF regulations and standards.
- Aids in the development of policies and procedures related to clinical services within the clinic.
- Ensures the clinic complies with all federal, state, and local statutes, ordinances, regulations, and CARF guidelines related to medication-assisted treatment of opioid addiction.
- Participates in outreach activities as an integral part of the position.
- Maintains a smaller caseload to stay actively engaged in counseling practice.
- Ensures a high level of patient care by regularly conducting documentation reviews, audits, and providing constructive feedback for improvement.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery models, and MAT principles.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and CARF regulations for opioid treatment programs.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic health records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Committed to patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Able to participate in outreach and community engagement.
- Physically able to move around the clinic and lift at least 25 lbs.
Qualifications:
- A current credential of any of the following in the State of Wisconsin: Intermediate/Independent Clinical Supervisor (ICS), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Preferably (not required) also holds a current Substance Abuse Counselor (SAC), Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
- Associate’s degree or higher in Human Services or a related field from an accredited college or university required.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred, but not required.
- Prior leadership or management experience in a substance abuse treatment or mental health setting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in substance abuse or mental health counseling preferred
Work Hours:
- This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours are Monday-Friday 5:00am to 1:30pm; however, flexibility is required to meet the needs of the clinic and staff.
- Saturdays and Sundays 5:45am-9:15am on a rotating basis
