Reporting to the group CIO, the D365 F&O Senior Project manager act as a key leader in the D365 F&O transformation program, ensuring the successful rollout of the EMEA Core Model into North America (US), while structuring and leading the future ERP Service Center in the region.


This role combines:

  • Solution Architecture leadership (D365 F&O)
  • End-to-end program/project management
  • Organizational build-up of regional service capability


Missions and Activities:

  • To serve as the accountable owner of the core model to be deployed across North America, in accordance with IT group strategy
  • Collaborate closely with ADDEV Materials business teams to understand specific needs in the areas of procurement, planning, and production, with a focus on operational efficiency to quickly build a deployable ERP across USA
  • Conduct workshops to define business processes and functional requirements for the core model in these areas, working with multicultural teams and be able to assess gap analysis
  • Set up the solution to meet specific procurement, planning, and production requirements in an international context
  • Provide on-site support to Key Users for data migration from legacy systems to D365FO in his domain
  • Define and set up role in the ERP in their domain
  • Deliver training to internal ADDEV Materials users
  • Offering post-implementation support to ensure successful adoption of the solution
  • Be part of the ERP prescriptive roll out team on their own area
  • Possibility of on-site relocation (USA) upon project completion


Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience in configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO), particularly within planning, purchasing, and production domains, including a solid understanding of roles, duties, and security permissions.
  • Advanced proficiency in LCS and Azure DevOps, including environment management, deployment processes, backlog tracking, and release management.
  • Deep understanding of business processes across finance, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, HR, and operations, with the ability to translate business needs into effective ERP solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of: System integration, Data migration strategies, Business process mapping and optimization
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP systems, digital transformation initiatives, and of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is advantageous.


Experience & Professional Background

  • Proven experience managing large-scale ERP programs, including planning, coordination, governance, and end-to-end delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Ability to contribute hands-on to execution, troubleshooting, and delivery when required.
  • 5–10 years of experience in ERP project management, with a strong track record of delivering full lifecycle implementations (planning, design, build, testing, deployment).
  • Project Management & Governance
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, with proven ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders at all organizational levels, with excellent communication and engagement skills.
  • Experience within a consulting firm or system integrator environment is highly valued, especially in international ERP rollout programs.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives, including user training and adoption strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
