Job SummaryAdded Dimensions Inc is award-winning Takoma Park based construction company looking for an energetic self-starter to provide general administrative & accounting support to project managers. Primary responsibilities will include:AP - Process of job cost invoices and receipts AP - Process checks and credit card paymentsAP - Credit card statement reconciliationAP - Maintain file with subcontractor insurancesPR - Weekly payroll processing, payroll tax payments and reconciliationAR - Recording of AR depositsJC - Help project managers with job setup and subcontractor commitmentsOA - Phone answeringOA - Other accounting and administrative activities as required. Skills and abilities:Knowledge of Sage 300 Accounting software prefered (willingness to learn if none)Proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteConstruction accounting experience is a big plus.
