Mental Health Counselor / Therapist – LPC, LPCA, LMSW

AddCare Counseling LLC is seeking an LPC, LPCA, or LMSW, licensed in South Carolina, to join our Greenville outpatient practice. We serve a diverse adult population with mental health, substance use, co-occurring, and behavioral health treatment needs.

We welcome both experienced clinicians and professionals who are newer to the field. Clinical supervision toward LPC licensure will be provided to LPCA clinicians. We are looking for someone who is clinically grounded, dependable, nonjudgmental, and comfortable helping clients work through complex issues and make meaningful behavioral changes.

What you’ll do:

• Provide individual and/or group counseling
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions
• Document services and client progress
• Collaborate with referral sources when appropriate
• Help clients build practical skills for long-term stability and success

We’re looking for someone with:

• A current South Carolina LPC, LPCA, or LMSW
• A master’s degree in an appropriate behavioral health discipline
• Good clinical judgment
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Professionalism and reliability
• A willingness to work with both voluntary and referred clients
• Strong knowledge of clinical ethical guidelines, HIPAA compliance, documentation standards

Experience with substance use, co-occurring disorders, forensic/court-referred clients, CBT, DBT, ACT, or group counseling is a plus, but we are also interested in clinicians who are motivated to develop additional skills in these areas.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
