This is a full-time, on-site Salesforce Developer role based in Jersey City, NJ. The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications, including developing custom solutions using Salesforce tools. Daily responsibilities include creating and modifying Visualforce pages, building Lightning Web Components, and ensuring Salesforce systems meet organizational requirements by customizing and administering Salesforce.com platforms. The role also involves troubleshooting, testing, and deploying system enhancements to deliver effective CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com Development, including creating custom applications and workflows
- Experience with Visualforce Pages and the design and customization of user interfaces
- Expertise in Lightning Web Components and modern web development standards
- Knowledgeable in Salesforce.com Administration, including user roles, permission sets, and data management
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred
- Previous experience in business process automation or a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
