This is Indian food like you’ve never seen — bold, unapologetic, and unforgettable.Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Cook items according to standardized recipes and systems that ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and efficiencyWork various stations during service and expedite as needed and directed.Follow systems and SOPs to drive operational efficiency and consistencyResponsible for food quality and consistency of menu items during service to ensure guest satisfactionRequired skills and expertise:Minimum 3 years of experience as a line cook in a high-end, full service restaurant.Demonstrated culinary and knife skills.Possess a valid food safety certification and knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.Must be able to lift/carry items up to 50 lbs.
