We are growing and looking for experienced workers to join our team.
This is NOT a laborer or entry-level position — you must already have hands-on experience.
What We Do:
- Roofing (shingle & flat)
- Siding
- Deck construction
- Exterior renovations
- HOA & townhome community projects
Requirements (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These):
- 1–2 years of construction experience
- Experience in roofing, siding, or similar exterior work
- Comfortable using basic tools (tape measure, drill, saw, etc.)
- Able to work on active job sites (including heights when needed)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and punctual
- Team-first mindset (no ego)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete employment verification.
