Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Planning: Prepare annual operating budgets using historical financial data and input from operational leadership.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key financial metrics and performance indicators, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Forecasting: Update financial forecasts based on historical trends, budget variances, and business developments.
- Operational Analysis: Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate performance across multiple locations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and update monthly financial reports and assist with quarterly leadership and board reporting.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and operational leadership.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
