This global SaaS company are looking to grow their Denver office with a key marketing hire. This Senior Growth Marketing Manager will work closely with the CRO to manage the existing marketing function and take the business to new heights!
They sell an job management and inspection software. Having launched in Australia and dominated over 50% of the market share there, they have since expanded into the UK and now the US.
They're a fast-growing, fun business, who are looking for an experienced, creative & fun marketer to drive demand generation, inbound leads and brand awareness. They have an existing, small marketing team, so this role will be a mixture of leadership as well as being incredibly hands on to drive results.
The Role
- Content: Create high-quality content and position the business as a provocative though leader for the industry, customers as our biggest advocates.
- Demand generation: We want to reach 10k North American companies - you must be adept at LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Nurturing: We have a hungry sales team - use content to build nurture journeys for prospective customers (we use Hubspot).
- Events: Help manage the coordination for events.
- Website optimisation & SEO: Work with an agency to ensure we're ranking highly.
- Paid: SEM & LinkedIn channels.
- Brand: Get our website slick and ensure comms are consistent and high quality.
Who Are You
- 3-5 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally for a high growth SaaS scale-up.
- Bring receipts! We want to see the content that you’ve been involved with and hear about the impact that had.
- Proactive and creative.
- Someone that already invests into their own personal brand - we want someone who isn't afraid to put themself out there.
- Someone who is on it - you get things done.
- Results-focused and data driven.
- Be able to work effectively with the CRO and sales team.
