What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of School Partnerships position at Add Education?
Director of Client Success
Location: Garnet Valley, PA
We’re looking for a senior leader who is passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and helping school districts succeed.
This is not a cold calling sales position. Instead, you’ll inherit an established portfolio of school district partners and become the face of Add Education for those clients. Your mission is simple: deliver an exceptional client experience, retain every partnership possible, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of school district clients.
• Build trusted partnerships with Superintendents, Directors of Special Education, HR leaders, and district administrators.
• Conduct regular client visits and quarterly business reviews.
• Identify staffing needs before they become urgent and proactively develop solutions.
• Partner closely with recruiting and operations to ensure every client receives exceptional service.
• Resolve escalated client concerns quickly and professionally.
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing school districts.
• Monitor client satisfaction, fill rates, contractor performance, and retention metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience.
• Represent Add Education with professionalism, integrity, and a servant-leadership mindset.
What We’re Looking For
• 7 years of experience in account management, client success, staffing, education, healthcare, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build long-term executive relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through.
• Comfortable having strategic conversations with senior district leadership.
• Ability to solve problems quickly while remaining calm under pressure.
• Experience growing existing accounts through relationship-building rather than high-pressure sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
What Success Looks Like
• Exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
• Growth within existing school district partnerships.
• Strong collaboration with recruiting and operations.
• Increased contractor retention and fill rates.
• School districts that view Add Education as a trusted long-term partner rather than simply a staffing vendor.
Why Join Add Education?

You’ll have the opportunity to shape the client experience, influence company strategy, and grow alongside an ambitious leadership team committed to changing education staffing for the better.
