A rapidly expanding Label & Flexible Packaging manufacturer in Anaheim, CA is looking for
experienced, professional personnel to add to our fun and dynamic customer service team! We
are looking for Customer Service Project Managers with the ability to manage and process
custom orders for a wide array of accounts. If you are a self-motivated candidate, interested in
learning about a new industry and takes pride in their performance, this is where you want to
work!
The position demands a passion for customer service, a can-do team attitude, organization,
attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as adequate math
and computer skills. The ideal candidate should be able to thrive both independently and in a
cohesive team.
Responsibilities:
• Processing customer tickets, estimates, and order confirmations
• Providing daily support for the outside sales team
• Fielding incoming calls to the company
• Acting as a liaison between Sales, Graphics, Production, Shipping, and the Customer
• Spreadsheet creation including sales reports, grid pricing, and error tracking
• Responsible for driving the RMA process (return manufacturing authorizations and
complaint management)
• Maintaining goals for set KPIs related to CS Department
• Account Management
Education/Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service
• Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or other related
field a plus
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with LabelTraxx a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
