Project Specialist
Location: Lexington, KY | Full-Time | On-Site
About Adcolor:
Adcolor is a visual graphics manufacturer specializing in large-format printing, vehicle graphics, décor graphics, signage, and POP displays.
About the Role:
The Project Specialist will assist the Adcolor project management team in coordinating projects, communicating with external partners, project tracking, and managing project expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Establish and coordinate project installation schedules with general contractors and graphics installers
· Maintain and update Smartsheet and Excel spreadsheets for project tracking
· Establish and maintain communications with installation network for multiple projects including potential additions to install network
· Research and understand multiple municipality rules and regulations regarding window graphics allowances
· Field and initiate new projects based on customer input regarding new customer direction
· Assist the accounting team with billing, filing, and managing payables
Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience with administrative coordination in a customer-facing environment
· Proficiency with the Microsoft Excel and Word
· Experience in billing, filing, and administrative function is desired
Role Details:
- $18 - $20/hour depending on experience
- Profit-sharing eligibility after 6 months
