Job description:
We are looking for a self-starting friendly front desk receptionist/data entry clerk to process and manage clients as they come in the door. Also process company client's bookkeeping & weekly payrolls. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They have great communication skills to interact with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Answering multi-line phones system, scheduling appointments & Email communications
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including delivery of accurate, prompt and courteous assistance
- Maintain records in a confidential and professional manner
- Edit Microsoft Excel documents
- Data entry, payroll and bank account reconciliation
Experience:
- Basic knowledge of secretarial skills
- Previous payroll and payroll taxes experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Greet customers in a positive professional manner
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Ability to maintain positive, neat and clean appearance and present friendly and helpful attitude
- Pleasant outgoing personality. Must enjoy interaction with people
- Ability to use office equipment
- Comfortable changing their daily priorities as needed
