Required minimum education:
- High school or equivalent
Required minimum experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering or land surveying
- 1-2 years of experience using Civil 3D or Carlson.
Preferred experience:
- Processing field survey data in Civil 3D or Carlson.
- Formal CAD training is a plus. Education or training may count towards your experience
- Reading and interpreting civil design plans
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting field-run survey data
- Developing Topographic, Boundary and Location Surveys
- Preparation and design of site plans and Percolation Certification Plans is a plus.
Basic responsibilities:
- Work as a responsible member of a team; work through issues independently and collaboratively
- Perform utility and survey records research for new and ongoing projects
- Process, interpret, and finalize field run survey data
- Maintain digital and paper records for engineering and survey projects
- Collaborate with project managers on projects
- Be detail-oriented
- Complete CAD drawing products as assigned
- Be flexible to accommodate deadlines
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Civil 3D or Carlson: 1-2 years (Preferred)
- Engineering or Land Surveying: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
