ADCO is a leading commercial printing company specializing in direct mail advertising, serving clients nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who will also support Client Services responsibilities, including coordinating client revisions, managing schedules, and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion.
This is a full-time, on-site position in our Cornelius, NC facility. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in both creative production and client communication. Responsibilities include:
- Producing high-quality print and digital designs for direct mail campaigns and in-house marketing materials
- Managing design proofing, revisions, and final approvals with clients
- Coordinating directly with clients on updates, changes, and timelines
- Assisting with project scheduling to ensure deadlines are met
- Supporting order processing and production handoff
- Ensuring compliance with postal regulations and internal quality standards
- Performing quality control checks before production
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues to keep projects on track
You will work closely with sales, production, and management to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction across multiple campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a long-term team member who brings both creative skill and organizational strength, including:
- 2 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong attention to detail and editing accuracy
- Experience coordinating with clients on revisions and approvals
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Required Skills & Experience
- High-end graphic design and layout
- Branding and marketing collateral
- Direct mail design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred)
