Commerical Roofing Inspector
Location: Burbank, CA (In-Person)
Pay: $45,000 – $70,000 per year
We’re looking for a Roofing Inspector with hands-on experience in roofing or construction to join our team. This is a full-time position with opportunities to work on a variety of commercial roofing and waterproofing projects.
Compensation & Schedule
- $55,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and certifications
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour days — no weekend work
- Company truck provided for field work
- Health and dental insurance
What You'll Do
- Inspect commercial low-slope roofs (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, BUR) and identify defects, leaks, and code deficiencies
- Assess roof and flashing system conditions and recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement scopes
- Support estimators with field measurements, material takeoffs, and proposal input
- Maintain accurate daily field logs and inspection records
- Perform routine roof maintenance and punch-list repairs as needed
What We're Looking For
- 2 years of hands-on commercial roofing or construction experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, defects, and California Building Code
- Ability to accurately document and report findings
- Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
- Comfortable with outdoor work and an 8-hour weekday schedule
