Role Description
This is a full-time, Remote Or On Side role for an Associate Sales & Marketing Manager, based in CA/Finland/UAE/IN The role involves developing and managing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, actively engaging with clients to understand their needs, and fostering long-term relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, identifying sales opportunities, delivering impactful presentations, and providing training for team members to meet strategic goals. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals and objectives.
2. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and open lines of communication to understand their needs and expectations.
3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and social media managers, to ensure project success.
4. Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints.
5. Timeline Management: Develop project timelines, set milestones, and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time.
6. Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and provide actionable insights for optimization.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables, including ad copy, graphics, and content, before client delivery.
8. Client Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to clients on project performance, KPIs, and ROI.
9. Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the latest and most effective digital marketing strategies.
10. Go-To-Market Strategy and research.
11. Good Experience New Business Development (Upwork, PPH, Guru) online portals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
2. Proven experience of 0-1 year in digital marketing project management/ Client Servicing.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
