Advanced Dental Care is a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and adaptable individual who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a fast-paced dental environment. This position is ideal for someone who understands that a successful front office requires teamwork, flexibility, and a willingness to assist wherever needed.
While applicants may have strengths in scheduling, treatment coordination, insurance, financial arrangements, or patient care, our philosophy is that every front office team member should be capable of supporting all aspects of patient care and administrative operations.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
- Answering phones and assisting patients with scheduling needs
- Managing patient schedules and maintaining productive appointment flow
- Treatment coordination and case presentation
- Reviewing financial arrangements and payment options
- Verifying insurance benefits and eligibility
- Processing insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and claim follow-up
- Recall and reactivation efforts
- Assisting with patient communication and follow-up
- Maintaining accurate records in Dentrix
- Supporting overall front office operations and team objectives
What We're Looking For:
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix or similar dental software
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to adapt and learn multiple front office functions
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed
