Role: SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant
Location: Wilmington DE/ Dallas TX// Washington, DC (Dayone Onsite role.. No Remote No Hybrid. Local Consultants only)

Responsibilities of an SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant:
∙Operations and maintenance of SAP Controlling (CO) business processes through Incident and Problem management activities
∙Adhere to the SLAs defined per SOW on the Incident managements activities
∙Resolution of P1, P2, P3 and P4 incidents as per defined SLA’s
∙Regular updates to runbook and application support documents
∙Co-ordination with upstream/downstream systems for incident and data issue resolution
∙Analysis and response to user queries related to modules in scope which includes support for customer privacy data requests.
∙Unit Testing
∙Weekly and monthly support status to review the incidents response/resolution SLA, problem tickets and Continuous improvement.
∙Identify scope for incident reduction through problem management process and provide fix for recurring incidents.
∙Month end and Year end activities
∙Configure and implement: Configure and implement SAP Controlling (CO) modules, and set up financial accounting and controlling processes
∙Analyze business requirements: Understand the business requirements of the organization, and analyze and improve business processes
∙Modify, redesign and configure: Redesign the module to meet the organization's specific requirements, and customize and configure the SAP Controlling (CO) system
∙Test, support, and train: Test, support, and train users based on the needs
∙Document: Document configuration and procedures
∙Upgrade and enhance: Upgrade and enhance the system as needed
