Position : Data Migration Lead
Location : San Francisco,CA /Onsite
Duration : 6 months
Data Migration Leadership: Lead and oversee data migration projects from legacy systems (TWC, BHN, COR Portal) to modern platforms.
Legacy System Analysis: Analyze legacy systems to ensure data integrity and compatibility with the new model for migration.
Data Migration Strategy: Design and execute data migration strategies, including data mapping, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Technical Guidance: Provide pseudo code to development teams and guide them in implementing the design according to data migration best practices and standards.
Project Delivery: Oversee project delivery, including Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Release Management, and Warranty Support.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Business, Legal, Infrastructure, and other stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
Issue Resolution: Identify and optimize time cost-saving opportunities, resolve existing issues in customer enrollment platforms, and address bottlenecks.
Reporting & Communication: Generate CMS reports and audits, communicate with leadership and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
Team Leadership: Lead and guide project teams in data management, model updates, and addressing data quality issues.
Community Engagement: Design campaigns to facilitate community enrollment, potentially linked to system updates or modernization initiatives.
Modernization Efforts: Lead efforts to modernize applications like TMSIS.
