Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
13 Yrs Experience consultant needed
6–10 years of hands-on experience as a Dell Boomi integration developer with a strong focus on UKG Pro Workforce Management (Kronos Dimensions).
Experience building integrations in Dell Boomi such as Employee Import, Payroll Export, Schedule Import, Accrual Reset and Leave Import.
Certification and experience with the Dell Boomi integration platform.
Experience configuring Kronos for Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, Activities and Attestation.
Experience setting up Kronos clock terminals and troubleshooting.
Experience setting up Postman, and performing encryption and decryption of source files.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kronos and integration components.
Good to Have Skills:
SQL programming experience and knowledge of Agile methodology.
