JOB DETAILS:
Position: Logistics and Procurement Specialist
Location: Raritan, NJ Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days Remote)
Type of Employment: 12 Months Contract
Role Description:
- Work is primarily in logistics area, so looking for individuals with buy-sell model, PO/inbound delivery/Good Receipt/ASN processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement logistics and procurement solutions aligned with business requirements
- Work extensively on buy-sell process flows, including procurement, stock transfer, and resale scenarios
- Manage and optimize end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Configure and support:
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Inbound Deliveries
- Goods Receipt (GR)
- ASN (Advance Shipping Notification) handling
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
- Ensure seamless integration between procurement, warehouse, and finance processes
- Support testing activities (unit testing, SIT, UAT) and production deployment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics transactions and data inconsistencies
- Provide ongoing production support and process improvements
Salary : $50 - $60
