Mission
The Global V&I Director is responsible for leading and shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of the VI (Visual Identity) function on a global scale. The mission is to ensure consistent, innovative, and effective visual identity management across all markets, supporting the organization's brand, reputation, and business objectives.
Responsibilities/Expectations
- Develop and implement the global VI strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the consistent application of visual identity standards.
- Oversee the creation, adaptation, and governance of VI guidelines and assets.
- Collaborate with regional and local teams to support market-specific needs while maintaining global consistency.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of VI initiatives, making data-driven improvements.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for VI-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and brand requirements in all visual communications.
- Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on VI standards and best practices.
- Report regularly to senior management on performance VI, challenges, and opportunities.

- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems
- Understanding of web and digital media requirements
Languages:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
