Position: Physical Therapist - Part Time
Location : ND USA

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct physical therapy to students, including initial and re-evaluations.
- Consult with school staff and parents regarding student needs.
- Complete and maintain documentation/service logs for each therapy session.
- Offer compensatory time as needed.
- Collaborate with the Special Education Coordinator to establish a weekly schedule.
- Observe, screen, and evaluate students; document referrals and ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- Submit written reports prior to multidisciplinary meetings and attend/participate in these meetings.
- Design and implement therapy plans with comprehensive narratives, measurable goals, and current performance statements.
- Communicate and provide guidance to teachers and paraprofessionals delivering ongoing services.
- Assess equipment needs and make recommendations to staff.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive written progress reports at the conclusion of each academic quarter.
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff and parents.
- Deliver all services onsite, maintaining respect for patient rights and dignity, and interacting courteously with students and staff.
- Must be a U.S. citizen with a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in North Dakota.
- Must have knowledge of special education laws and regulations in North Dakota.
- Education and experience requirements (must meet one):
– Master’s degree in Physical Therapy with two years of school-based experience; or
– Doctorate in Physical Therapy with relevant school-based experience.
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program.
- Must pass a background/security investigation.
- Must be proficient in English.

Salary : $71,942 - $105,733
