Roles and Responsibilities
- Support maintenance activities at assigned HUD-owned or HUD-assisted properties.
- Maintain the assigned property in a decent, safe, sanitary, and good repair condition.
- Perform maintenance activities necessary to support ongoing property operations.
- Maintain the required professional certification throughout the period of contract performance.
- Must be a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT).
