ADB Construction Group is a lean, performance-driven contractor where Project Managers have real authority to run projects and drive results. You will work directly with company leadership and play a key role in delivering important public and commercial facilities.
Typical project sizes range from $5M – $25M.
The Role
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of multiple construction projects, including:
• Budget development and contract pricing (GMP / Lump Sum)
• Subcontractor procurement and buyout
• Project scheduling and milestone tracking
• Managing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Leading Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings
• Coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors
• Managing project financials, forecasting, and cost control
• Maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Driving projects to successful completion
Qualifications
• 3–8 years of construction project management experience
• Public works experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferred
Technology
Experience with the following platforms is preferred:
Procore • Bluebeam • Primavera or MS Project • Microsoft Office

Salary Description
$110,000 to $160,000 Annually incentives
Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
