Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in both structured and unstructured activities with groups of children.
- Actively support the day-to-day operations of the after-school program.
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment aligned with Adat values.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, enforcing all safety procedures and behavioral expectations.
- Build relationships with students, families, and team members in a respectful and responsive manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to run, walk, stand, and fully engage in activities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs.
- Commitment to upholding a safe, equitable, and inclusive space for all.
- Experience working with children is strongly preferred.
This is a part-time, seasonal position running from August 2025 through June 2026
