You will work closely with both sales and engineering teams, assisting with client outreach, coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our industrial automation services.
- Schedule meetings and calls for the sales and engineering teams.
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and breakdown of booths at trade shows, expos, and industry events.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups.
- Provide basic administrative support related to sales activities, including email follow-ups, documentation, and internal coordination.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- Willingness to learn and comfort with outbound calling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM tools.
- Ability to commute to Plantation, FL and travel to attend events as needed.
