Position: Marketing and Patient Care Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing and Patient Care Coordinator to join our practice. Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with referring dental offices, as well as ensuring seamless communication between providers and patients. This role involves regularly visiting referring practices to uphold high standards of collaboration and patient care. The Marketing Coordinator will also assist in organizing in-office events, managing social media advertising campaigns, and coordinating marketing initiatives for our surgeons. Creativity and professionalism are essential in executing marketing strategies that reflect the practice’s high standards and commitment to excellence.
Patient Care Coordinator Responsibilities
In addition to marketing duties, the Patient Care Coordinator will perform essential front desk and intake responsibilities, including:
- Greeting patients and providing a welcoming experience.
- Assisting with new patient registration and processing patient intake.
- Coordinating patient referrals and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Managing patient appointments and schedules to optimize office flow.
- Supporting patient education by explaining procedures, treatment options, and post-operative care.
- Tracking patient metrics and maintaining accurate records in the practice management system.
- Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient communication.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is required.
- Marketing experience, particularly in healthcare or related fields, is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Customer service or sales experience is required.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing strategies.

Work Schedule
This is a part-time to full-time position with regular office hours, Monday through Friday. The role will involve a combination of in-office duties and community outreach to promote the practice.
