Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent position located in Katy, TX. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Key responsibilities include showing apartments, assisting with lease administration, addressing resident inquiries, and supporting the overall property management team. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and contribute to the continued success of the property.
Qualifications
- 1-2 yrs Experience in Residential Leasing, Leases, and Lease Administration
- Skills in Property Management and familiarity with multifamily housing operations
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in relevant property management Yotta software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work onsite in Katy, TX, and a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Prior experience in residential leasing or real estate is highly preferred
