Job Requirements and Responsibilities of the Apartment Property Manager:
- Class A Property Management experience REQURIED!
- Apartment Industry experience is REQUIRED
- Apartment Manager experience is REQUIRED, including supervisory and leadership skills to delegate and manage the performance of others, including counseling, coaching/training and development
- Reporting the property's financial status, occupancy and expiring leases to property owners
- Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses
- Sales management and marketing knowledge, skills and abilities to sell services to new and existing customers
- Investigate, address and help to resolve tenant complaints, disturbances and violations
- Perform routine inspections, including vacated units and walk the property
- Experience working with conventional apartment communities of at least 200 units
- Stress-management, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and highly organized
- Stable work history is REQUIRED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS, but not required
- There are 293 units on property!
