As an Associate Consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This role is all about partnership—working alongside client teams to cultivate cultures, design systems, and develop processes and tools that embody agile principles.
Your role involves
- Consulting Toolkit Development - Sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
- Client Interaction - Build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations
- Team Collaboration - Play a proactive role in team success by organizing work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
- AI-Enabled Insights & Delivery - Utilize advanced AI tools and methodologies to enhance problem-solving, generate data-driven insights, and enable clients to realize value through the strategic and practical integration of AI solutions
Who we're looking for
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
- 3 years experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related field
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time for client engagements
- Experience with leveraging AI tools and methodologies to enhance analysis, streamline delivery, and generate innovative client solutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
- Proficiency in proposal writing, report creation, and client presentation development are highly regarded
