We are seeking active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will work directly with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the close, ongoing supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). You will implement individualized skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, collect real-time data, and help clients build independence and cope with everyday stressors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Direct Client Care: Deliver 1:1, face-to-face behavior-analytic therapy to clients as scheduled.
  • Protocol Implementation: Implement skill acquisition programs (e.g., communication, social, daily living skills) and behavior reduction protocols exactly as written by supervising BCBAs.
  • Data Collection & Entry: Accurately collect trial-by-trial data on target behaviors during sessions and enter data into tracking software.
  • Daily Session Documentation: Complete comprehensive clinical treatment records and session notes.
  • Safety & Environment: Maintain client safety, adhere to clinical de-escalation protocols, and maintain a clean, sanitized therapy space and equipment.
  • Professional Standards: Strictly adhere to HIPAA, client privacy guidelines, and the BACB Ethics Code.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Certification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT®) credential in good standing issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Age & Identity: At least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Clearances: Must pass comprehensive local, state, and county criminal background checks, national abuse registry screenings, and professional registry searches.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification (hands-on training required; provided upon hire if needed).
