The Role
Adaptive is looking for a Visual Designer to help bring our brand to life across web, marketing, and sales assets. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to build a strong foundation in visual design while working closely with senior marketing and design leaders.
You’ll be hands-on in Figma and other creative tools, designing everything from social banners and website pages to sales one-pagers and event visuals. You’ll collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to make sure Adaptive always looks professional, clear, and engaging.

What You’ll Do
- Design marketing visuals: Create graphics for web, social, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Support brand consistency: Evolve and apply Adaptive’s brand guidelines across all materials and help keep design assets organized.
- Assist with website design: Collaborate with our Webflow developer on page layouts, imagery, and visual polish.
- Contribute to sales materials: Design slides, one-pagers, and case study visuals to support our sales team.
- Experiment with motion/animation (optional): Help bring static visuals to life with simple animations or transitions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with marketing and design leads, learning how to scale visual design across multiple channels.
- Early-career designer (3–5 years experience) with a portfolio that shows strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and digital design.
- Proficient in Figma (or similar tools) and eager to grow your skills with components, grids, and design libraries.
- Detail-oriented: You care about type, spacing, and clean execution—even for small projects.
- Collaborative & open to feedback: You’re excited to learn from experienced teammates and refine your work.
- Versatile: Comfortable working on a mix of projects—from digital ads to decks to web graphics.
- Bonus: Experience with After Effects, Lottie, or other lightweight motion tools.
