Overview

Adaptive Pediatrics is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in the Mooresville, NC area. As one of our founding BCBAs, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our company's clinical practices and culture from the ground up. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs
  • Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare providers
  • Track and analyze client progress data to ensure effective treatment
  • Lead team meetings and case reviews
  • Participate in parent/caregiver training
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical team
  • Assist in building relationships with referral sources and community partners

Required Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical assessment and program development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards
  • Reliable transportation for travel between client locations when necessary
