Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Design and oversee implementation of behavior intervention programs
- Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare providers
- Track and analyze client progress data to ensure effective treatment
- Lead team meetings and case reviews
- Participate in parent/caregiver training
- Contribute to the growth and development of our clinical team
- Assist in building relationships with referral sources and community partners
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in North Carolina
- Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical assessment and program development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards
- Reliable transportation for travel between client locations when necessary
