About the Role
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support and enhance our HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role will focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance, helping to shape the employee experience and ensure that HR services are consistently delivered across the organization. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Manage the employee onboarding and offboarding processes, delivering a seamless employee experience
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data integrity
- Support benefits enrollment, administration, and employee education initiatives
- Assist in employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and coaching
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Partner with the HR Director and team on key HR initiatives and projects
- Generate reports and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making
- Support managers through the performance management process, including annual reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Assist in organizing employee training sessions, onboarding programs, and compliance training initiatives.
- Support the maintenance and communication of HR policies, procedures, and the employee handbook to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support in recruiting efforts, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and participating in candidate screening as needed.
- Help to continuously improve HR processes and programs
What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment
- Strong working knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) and reporting
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive, flexible, and solutions-oriented approach
- HR certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) is a plus, but not required
