What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client compliance needs
- Manage compliance activities across multiple active projects
- Review contractor documentation, payroll corrections, and coverage data
- Resolve prevailing wage issues and support audit readiness
- Partner with project managers and internal teams to ensure timelines are met
- Track compliance progress and provide clear reporting to clients and leadership
What You Bring
- Experience in compliance, project management, or regulatory environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with prevailing wage or government contracting (preferred)
