Compliance Consultant
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Support compliance efforts for more than 70 renewable energy projects nationwide. You'll work directly with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure projects meet prevailing wage and regulatory requirements from kickoff through closeout.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary compliance contact for assigned clients
- Lead compliance coordination from project startup through final closeout
- Review contractor participation forms, payroll corrections, and coverage information
- Track compliance requirements and follow up with clients and contractors to maintain project timelines
- Resolve prevailing wage and compliance-related issues
- Prepare audit documentation, project summaries, and closeout reports
- Partner with project managers and compliance specialists to ensure successful project delivery
- Present compliance updates and recommendations to clients and leadership teams
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will:
- Successfully manage compliance activities across multiple active projects simultaneously
- Maintain accurate and complete compliance documentation for audits and reporting
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted compliance resource
- Ensure projects remain on schedule by proactively addressing compliance issues and escalation needs
- Deliver timely closeout reports and quarterly compliance summaries
Qualifications
Required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with government contracting, regulatory compliance, or project management
- Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements and federal compliance standards
- Experience preparing executive-level reports and documentation
