At Adaptigent the role of a Marketing Technology Specialist is vital for to enhance our marketing efforts and drive conversions. This role not only requires a blend of technical and creative skills but also a deep understanding of customer behavior and market trends. You will be required to combine strategic thinking, technical skills, and creativity to optimize marketing campaigns, nurture leads effectively, and generate new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing automated marketing campaigns and nurturing relationships with leads and customers. A successful team member will:

  • Develop, implement, and manage marketing automation strategies that align with the company's goals.
  • Create and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across all channels including, but not limited to email, social media, and web. This includes communication with both current and prospective customers and partners.
  • Utilize platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Formerly Pardot) and ZoomInfo to streamline marketing processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Develop dashboards and analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts into the sales process.
  • Analyze data from marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness; adjust strategies based on insights gained from analytics reports.
  • Monitor industry trends related to marketing automation technologies; recommend improvements or new tools as necessary.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance campaigns as appropriate including driving personalization, analyzing customer data for more effective targeting, and accelerating tasks.
  • Implement targeted segmentation strategies to reach specific audience segments effectively.
  • Establish strong connections with leads through personalized communication and relevant content.


Skills and Qualifications

To excel as the Marketing Technology Specialist, candidates will need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in marketing automation, CRM integrations, and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Best Practices: Strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and sales enablement strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, AI tools, and content management systems, including WordPress and Google Analytics.


Remote candidates will be considered. Candidates also have the option to work out of our office in Orlando, FL or Atlanta, GA.
