Looking for a production opportunity? We are hiring for Inserter Operator I positions in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for individuals interested in hands-on manufacturing and mailing operations work.
Open Positions:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to Midnight (Monday–Friday)
Position Type: Hourly | Temp-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $17 DOE
Job Summary: The Inserter Operator I is responsible for operating inserting equipment safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production standards.
Responsibilities:
· Read and follow job instructions and work tickets
· Operate inserting equipment safely and efficiently
· Sort and prepare mail accurately
· Complete production documentation
· Follow all safety procedures
Qualifications:
· 3-6 months of previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operating experience preferred
· High School Diploma or GED preferred
· Basic math and reading skills
· Must pass a background check
Physical Requirements:
· Stand and walk for most of the shift
· Lift up to 40 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally
· Frequent use of hands and arms
Work Environment:
Production setting with moderate to loud noise levels and industrial equipment exposure.
