What You’ll Do
- Deliver functional assessments and person-centred therapy plans
- Support clients to build independence and reduce environmental barriers
- Work across clinic, home and community settings
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to a service that continues to evolve and grow
- Paediatrics
- Adults
- Mental Health
- Or a generalist mix
- Full-time role with a balanced utilisation target (65%)
- Structured caseload ramp-up
