We’re looking for a candidate who can drive the sales of our solutions. This person will find opportunities in new and existing markets while strengthening existing relationships. This role involves working closely with clients to develop relationships, understand their needs, propose custom solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities –
· Identify and engage prospective clients primarily in the state Utah but also throughout North America.
· Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Understand customer requirements and propose suitable automation solutions while working with our engineering team to determine feasibility and optimization.
· Develop detailed estimates and proposals.
· Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
· Become an integral team member that understands and augments our company culture.
· Build out our portfolio of work for case study presentations and capability demonstration.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and prepare marketing materials.
· Utilize CRM system to track status of leads, quotes and providing forecasts of expected orders. Daily documentation of sales activities.
Qualifications –
· Proven sales experience.
· Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities, mandatory.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial sales.
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) desirable.
· Understanding of industrial automation systems, components, and machinery (robotics, PLCs, sensors, etc.).
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities and objectives.
· Self-motivated, independent, and proactive in driving sales and market awareness.
· Well-connected within the manufacturing industry to support lead generation.
· Willing and able to travel frequently for client visits and industry events.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000
