About the Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Additive Lab Technician to support our growing additive manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and maintain advanced additive manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production processes, consistent quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values problem-solving, precision, and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines for optimal performance and uptime.
- Set up, load, and initiate builds while following all safety and quality protocols.
- Safely remove and prepare finished builds for post-processing and final inspection.
- Perform post-processing and finishing tasks on completed builds.
- Accurately document production data, maintenance records, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency and product quality.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally with exposure to industrial additive manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
- Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data management or production documentation.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD design tools.
- Experience using additive manufacturing or 3D printing software.
- Associate’s degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field (preferred).
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Associate’s Degree (preferred).
