About the Role

We’re seeking a dedicated Additive Lab Technician to support our growing additive manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll operate and maintain advanced additive manufacturing equipment, ensuring smooth production processes, consistent quality, and continuous improvement. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values problem-solving, precision, and technical excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate and maintain additive manufacturing machines for optimal performance and uptime.
  • Set up, load, and initiate builds while following all safety and quality protocols.
  • Safely remove and prepare finished builds for post-processing and final inspection.
  • Perform post-processing and finishing tasks on completed builds.
  • Accurately document production data, maintenance records, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in workflow efficiency and product quality.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or production, ideally with exposure to industrial additive manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
  • Excellent problem-solving and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data management or production documentation.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD design tools.
  • Experience using additive manufacturing or 3D printing software.
  • Associate’s degree in a technical or manufacturing-related field (preferred).

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Associate’s Degree (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
