The Role
We're hiring a Senior Delivery Consultant to own the sourcing engine behind our most specialist
mandates. This is a delivery-focused, candidate-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys the
hunt — mapping out tight technical talent pools, engaging passive candidates, and consistently
surfacing the people other recruiters can't reach. You'll work alongside our consultants and clients to
turn hard briefs into shortlists that land.
What you'll do
• Source and engage niche technical candidates across specialist, hard-to-fill markets.
• Build and map talent pools, running targeted multi-channel outreach that gets responses.
• Qualify candidates thoroughly on skills, motivations and fit before they reach a client.
• Partner with consultants to translate complex briefs into precise sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidates through the process with care — keeping them warm, informed and engaged.
• Keep our data clean and our pipelines healthy, so the right person is always a search away.
What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or talent-sourcing experience; 2–3 years ideal.
• A proven track record sourcing niche, technical candidates — not high-volume generalist roles.
• Confidence with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools and channels.
• Sharp communication and the resilience to keep going on the hardest-to-fill searches.
• A self-starter who's organised, curious and genuinely motivated by finding great people.
Bonus points
• Experience recruiting within AI / machine learning or other emerging deep-tech markets.
• Familiarity using AI-powered sourcing and outreach tools to work smarter and faster.
