Summary
Under general supervision, the Financial Technician IV provides critical financial and
administrative support to the Education Department by ensuring the accurate tracking,
reconciliation, and reporting of student attendance, clinical services, and billing data. This role
is responsible for maintaining detailed student records, preparing required reports, and ensuring
data integrity across multiple tracking and billing systems. The Financial Technician IV
supports regulatory compliance by preparing documentation for audits and monitoring
adherence to attendance and reporting requirements.

adherence to attendance and reporting requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Key duties and responsibilities of the Financial Technician IV include but are not limited to:
- Completes daily clinic logs and maintains filing and storage of documents.
- Prepares weekly attendance and transportation statistics for each student.
- Completes initial entries and updates running rosters of children in Tracking system and
- Enters information into the CMR and maintains accuracy of the CMR data.
- Completes a Participant Information Memorandum for each new child and for those
- Prepares a final reconciliation on classroom attendance.
- Ensures that clinical staff is entering information into tracking and EasyTrac on a daily
- Responsible for notifying the director when compliance is not maintained.
- Maintains regular contact with staff and outside agencies regarding student and billing
- Prepares monthly classroom rosters.
- Maintains all student files.
- Verifies that daily attendance is entered into tracking system.
- Prepares information required for annual audits as it relates to related services.
- Reviews timesheets for submission to director for signature.
- Submits weekly staff and contract timesheets.
- Maintains accurate children’s records for department.
- Prepares first and last attend dates for each child.
- Submits evaluation logs
QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Graduate or equivalent
- At least one year of comparable experience
- Highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with
- Strong knowledge of modern office practices, business correspondence, and recordkeeping systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal
- Passion for ADAPT's mission and demonstrates a commitment to the non-profit disability
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required.
- Some college and experience preferred.
