This position earns a starting wage of $20 - $23 an hour, with salary opportunities after 90 days! There are also commission and bonus opportunities available to enhance your earnings.

This is a full-time position with a weekly schedule that varies based on patient reports.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR PATIENT FLOW COORDINATOR

As the Patient Flow Coordinator, you'll be the very first point of contact for our patients and set the tone for their entire visit. High energy is a must, as you may interact with 80 to 100 patient visits each day while keeping everything running smoothly. Known as the "Boss of Today," your focus will be on patient flow, Originally Scheduled Appointments (OSA), and compliance. From the start of the day, you'll prepare and lead the team huddle, ensuring everyone is aligned and ready. Throughout the day, you'll warmly greet and check in patients, manage appointments, and keep the office on schedule. You'll also promote office initiatives with flyers and handouts, make reminder and confirmation calls for new patients, schedule appointments, monitor compliance stats, and track weekly progress. Beyond the front desk, you'll attend in-office patient workshops and proudly represent the practice at community events like Farmer's Markets, Corporate Lunch and Learns, and local fairs.
