YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A PATIENT FLOW COORDINATOR
This is a full-time role with a weekly schedule that varies based on patient reports, including weekend availability for screenings at least twice per month.
In this role, you'll lead daily team huddles and ensure smooth office operations. Your role will include welcoming patients, managing check-ins, maintaining schedules, tracking compliance, and supporting patients with handouts and confirmations. You'll also monitor weekly stats and represent Adapt Chiropractic at community events, all while maintaining an upbeat, organized presence.
