About the Role
Adapt: A Behavioral Collective is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, meaningful connections, and making a real impact. We welcome both entry-level candidates and experienced therapists.

Schedule & Availability
- Part-time to full-time (15–30 hours/week)
- Opportunity to increase hours as cases are added
- Services are primarily in-person
- Limited telehealth available after 90 days
Typical client hours fall between 10:00 AM– 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients
- Support skill development (communication, social, daily living)
- Follow treatment plans created by supervisors
- Track and document session data
- Communicate with supervisors and team members
Compensation & Benefits
- $22–$23/hour (BT I)
- $24–$28/hour (BT II)

Minimum Requirements
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) OR relevant experience
- Ability to meet health and clearance requirements (TB test, fingerprinting, immunizations)
- Access to smartphone, computer, and internet
